Academics is seeking a compassionate and experienced 1:1 SEN Support Assistant to start in September 2025 in Birmingham.
Job Title: 1:1 SEN Support Assistant
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Full-time, 1-year placement
Daily Rate: £88.94 - £100 (depending on experience)
What You Can Expect:

Full-time 1:1 SEN Support Assistant for a Year 5 student who has autism and additional communication needs

Assist in developing early reading and writing skills alongside personal care and daily learning

A role requiring patience, resilience, and a strong understanding of SEN communication needs
