Pay: From £13.68 to £14 per hour (dependent on experience, training, qualifications & client rate available - includes holiday pay)

We are currently recruiting a SEN Teaching Assistant for a supportive and inclusive school in Rhoose, starting this September.
The Role:

Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
*
Assisting the class teacher and SENCO with tailored interventions and behaviour strategies
*
Supporting pupils' academic progress, emotional regulation, and social development
*
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
*
A minimum of 6 months' experience supporting children or young people with SEN
*
A valid Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service or willing to obtain one)
*
Relevant qualifications or training in education/SEN support are desirable
*
A caring, patient, and adaptable approach
