1:1 Teaching Assistant - Cannock
We are seeking a dedicated and caring 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a busy, thriving primary school in a small village on the outskirts of Cannock. Required ASAP on a temporary basis.
This opportunity is great for somebody who is seeking a rewarding role supporting a child in Nursery. The school benefits from strong parental support and a positive, collaborative staff team in which you will be working closely alongside
The role includes:
* Providing 1:1 teaching assistant support for a pupil with speech, language and communication difficulties.
* Assisting class teacher in adapting classroom activities and resources to meet the pupil's needs.
* The ability to create and foster an inclusive, safe and warm learning environment.
* Work alongside teachers, SENCo, and external professionals.
* Support the pupil's social, emotional, and academic development.
We are looking for someone who:
* Has experience working in Nursery (1:1 experience desirable)
* Is patient, caring, and reliable
* Enhanced DBS
* Available to start ASAP
* Able to commute to Cannock
* Is able to follow guidance and adapt support to individual needs
* Fully registered to work for Academics
Pay: £90 - £100 a day (dependent upon experience). Holiday pay is included on day rate.
