Accounts Manager responsibilities include:

Playing a vital part in shaping client success, driving team performance

Leading the delivery of a premium service and high-quality outcomes to our SME clients

Managing job profitability and efficient delivery with agreed budgets

Taking responsibility of a portfolio of clients, overseeing project timelines, billing, and client care

Develop strong, trusted relationships and act as a primary point of contact

Working with clients to deliver practical solutions to issues they face

Training and mentoring junior team members, providing guidance and constructive feedback, with opportunities to line manage

As an Accounts Manager, you will:

Be ACA or ACCA Qualified

Have over 3 years+rsquo; post-qualified experience

Be experienced in managing a portfolio of accounts clients

Demonstrate the ability to manage and develop a team of staff
