As an Accounts Manager you will:
Take full ownership for preparing and overseeing complex FRS 102 and IFRS statutory accounts, delivering both high-quality standalone and consolidated financial statements for corporate audit department clients.
Act as the technical escalation point across the department, reviewing statutory accounts prepared under FRS 102 1a and cascading down critical updates regarding shifting financial reporting standards.
Design, author, and deliver professional technical training sessions to upskill team members on advanced financial reporting frameworks and disclosures.
Manage the commercial performance of your assigned corporate portfolio, exercising full accountability for monthly WIP control, cost management, and timely billing execution.
As the successful candidate you will:
Hold a formal ACA, ACCA, or CA professional accountancy qualification.
Demonstrate extensive, hands-on financial reporting experience specialising heavily in both FRS 102 and IFRS frameworks, including a proven track record handling complex consolidated account.
Possess advanced, practical software proficiency utilising CaseWare for complex statutory accounts production and financial reporting.
Exhibit the professional judgment and technical authority required to resolve complex operational reporting issues and deliver high-quality outputs on time-pressured assignments.
