Finance Projects & Reporting Lead Location: Lincolnshire Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (DOE) Are you a technically strong accountant who enjoys improving reporting accuracy and strengthening controls? We are recruiting for a Finance Projects & Reporting Lead to join a well-established organisation based in Lincolnshire. This is a key position within the finance function, offering responsibility across financial reporting, governance and the delivery of accounting-focused projects. The business is continuing to enhance its reporting standards and internal processes, and this role will play a central part in supporting that development. The Role Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will oversee core financial reporting processes while leading specific accounting and fixed asset-related projects designed to improve accuracy, compliance and transparency. You will take ownership of reporting integrity, ensuring strong balance sheet control and audit-ready outputs This role requires someone highly organised and proactive — able to manage multiple workstreams, meet deadlines and maintain strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Oversee monthly and annual financial reporting processesLead and deliver fixed asset and capital accounting projectsStrengthen reporting controls and governance frameworksManage statutory reporting and external audit processesEnsure balance sheet integrity and reconciliation accuracySupport compliance across financial and regulatory requirementsDrive continuous improvement across reporting processesAbout You ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or strong finalist)Strong technical accounting and reporting backgroundExperience managing and delivering fixed asset-related projectsHighly organised with strong attention to detailProactive and comfortable taking initiativeConfident working cross-functionallyFull UK driving licence requiredThis is an excellent opportunity for a structured and forward-thinking finance professional seeking ownership and impact within a developing finance function.
