Accounts Semi Senior up to Client Manager - (Hybrid Working) 2025 A well-established, long standing firm of chartered accountants is looking to add a Semi Senior Accountant through to Client Manager to its growing team. Whether you're building on solid practice experience or already managing a portfolio, this role offers genuine progression and the opportunity to work within a collaborative, supportive environment. The firm offer strong hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Responsibilities: Preparation of client accounts and calculation of associated tax liabilities (corporate and personal), ensuring accuracy and timely submission.Preparation and review of VAT returns, bookkeeping, payroll, and management accounts across a diverse portfolio of clients.Liaising directly with clients to manage queries, provide advice, and maintain strong working relationships through meetings, calls, and emails.Supporting and mentoring junior team members, with supervision responsibilities increasing depending on experience and role level.Managing a portfolio of clients, including planning and reviewing work, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring client satisfaction (if applicable).Assisting with day-to-day office operations, including administrative duties and general support across the team.Collaborating with colleagues and senior staff to ensure high-quality service delivery, working independently or as part of a team.Engaging with directors and senior team members to contribute to broader business objectives and client service improvements (if applicable).Opportunity for progression within the firm, with increased responsibility and client interaction as you grow in the role.
