* Delivering structured group sessions and 1-1 therapeutic interventions

* Accompanying residents to external appointments and activities where required

* Working collaboratively to provide high-quality, person-centred care

You'll become part of a passionate team making a real difference every day. This is an opportunity to help individuals transform their lives while contributing to a thriving and supportive recovery community.

If you're ready to support meaningful change and be part of a service that puts recovery first, we'd love to hear from you.
