An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration Manager to join a fast paced company based in Ascot operating across the UK and Europe who are enjoying rapid growth. The Administration Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day administrative operations of the sales team, delegate tasks and monitor output. Focussing on maximising profitability and motivating and leading a growing team of 6 individuals.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee daily administrative operations

* Allocating workload amongst the team

* Ad-hoc office management tasks

* Maintain efficient and compliant office systems and procedures

* Support the sales team to maximise productivity and profitability

* Understand and oversee the sales process from an administrative perspective

* Identify training needs and arrange suitable development for team members

* Produce performance updates and reports for senior leadership

* Manage and optimise use of a new CRM system

* Recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy

Experience & Skills Required

* It is essential you have gained previous supervisory experience and successfully led a team

* A strong background gained within administration is essential

* Supported and/or worked alongside a sales team

* Possess an understanding of the sales lifecycle and key operational touchpoints

* Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail

* Confident communicator with a resilient personality

* CRM experience (user, administrator, or implementation experience beneficial)

* Highly organised and detail‑driven

* Assertive, confident, and solutions‑focused

* Personable team player with the ability to motivate and lead a team

* Able to create structure, improve processes, and support high performance
