Enforcement Team Administrator
Location: Staffordshire (Hybrid)
Salary: £24,570
Hours: Monday – Friday shifts 8am-4.30pm or 8.30am-5pm
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Enforcement Team Administrator to join the Enforcement department of an established organisation operating within the financial services sector.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a fast-paced operational team, providing vital administrative and coordination support to Enforcement Agents and senior leadership. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Enforcement team by allocating workloads, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with internal departments, clients, and field-based agents.

Key responsibilities as an Enforcement Team Administrator:
- Allocating and reviewing caseloads for Enforcement Agents
- Providing daily administrative support to the Enforcement Team Manager and Head of Enforcement
- Completing daily, weekly, and monthly planning activities
- Monitoring Enforcement Agent activity and cleansing records where required
- Liaising with Enforcement Agents and clients on a daily basis
- Managing incoming calls and emails and updating case management systems
- Tracking and monitoring Enforcement Agent vehicles
- Reviewing and maintaining Enforcement Agent certification records
- Supporting Enforcement Agent banking processes alongside the Accounts and Finance teams
- Assisting with Enforcement Agent recruitment processes
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets and internal documentation
- Working collaboratively with other departments across the business
Requirements as an Enforcement Team Administrator:
- Previous experience within an administrative role
- Experience working within the enforcement or debt collection industry is desirable
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling data and documentation
- Confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment
