Our client is a leading provider of Hard Facilities Management services across London and the Home Counties. They deliver a full range of technical and engineering solutions, ensuring the effective operation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Hard FM plant.

The Air Conditioning Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and compliant delivery of the Service & Maintenance contract, ensuring the safe, smooth, and satisfactory operation of all air conditioning services.

Key Requirements

- Fully qualified Air Conditioning Engineer

- Level 2 Refrigeration & F-Gas Category 1

- HTM-03 (Authorised Person or Competent Person)

- Highly organised and detail-oriented

- Confident and proactive approach

- Strong people management and communication skills

- Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Key Responsibilities

- Provide health and safety support across the contract

- Conduct and maintain FGAS audits

- Manage the return of refrigerant cylinders to wholesalers

- Assist with organising out-of-hours labour

- Carry out site audits and close out any actions

- Complete AHU audits following critical PPMs

- Schedule ADD, BK1, and PPM labour on a daily basis

- Audit subcontractors and address any non-compliance

- Attend and contribute to Health & Safety site and committee meetings

- Audit tools and equipment on site

- Support Site Managers with day-to-day health and safety matters

- Monitor departmental compliance with health and safety documentation

- Deliver health and safety training support when required

- Chair weekly management meetings

- Assist with technical support on works and complete additional tasks as required
