🌟 ALN Teaching Assistant - Nursery Class (Mornings Only) | Risca 🌟
Start Date: 2nd September 2025
Location: Risca, South Wales
Hours: Mornings only (Full-time and part-time options available)
Daily Rate: £88.94 per day (rate may increase depending on experience, qualifications, and client rate)
We are currently seeking a dedicated ALN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming nursery class in Risca, working with children aged 3-4 years old.
💼 Key Responsibilities:

Support pupils in a nursery setting, including those with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
*
Provide general classroom support to the class teacher
*
Assist with personal care tasks when required
*
Promote a positive and nurturing learning environment for all pupils
✅ Requirements:
*
Experience working with young children, particularly in early years or nursery settings
* Experience as an ALN Teaching Assistant
*
Willingness to provide personal care support
*
Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and contribute to a supportive team
*
Enhanced DBS (on the Update Service or willing to obtain)
*
EWC Registration (as a School Learning Support Worker)
🎓 Desirable:
*
Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent (not essential)
