Daily Duties & Responsibilities
* Lead architectural design for a range of projects, with a strong focus on healthcare schemes
* Develop and coordinate Revit models and deliver fully integrated design information from concept through construction documentation
* Prepare drawings, specifications, and technical design packages across RIBA stages
* Work closely with clients, consultants, and project teams to resolve design and technical issues
* Ensure compliance with legislation, building regulations and sector-specific standards
* Attend site visits and support contract administration as required
* Mentor and support junior staff, fostering consistent delivery standards
Ideal Candidate
* Qualified architect (ARB/RIBA) with ideally post-qualification experience
* Proven healthcare experience or relevant exposure to complex, regulated project types
* Strong Revit proficiency with experience producing coordinated technical information
* Good knowledge of UK building regulations and healthcare estate requirements
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy practice
