Daily Duties

* Lead projects through RIBA Stages 1-6

* Develop initial design concepts into detailed technical packages

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and planning authorities

* Manage project programmes, budgets, and deadlines

* Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and construction standards

* Use Revit daily as a primary design and documentation tool

Ideal Candidate

* ARB registered (essential)

* Previous experience in a UK architectural practice

* Strong proficiency in Revit (essential)

* Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations

* Ability to balance multiple project demands with confidence

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for high-quality, sustainable architecture
