Job Title: Architect

Location: Chorleywood
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving architectural practice who provide expert design services to the residential sector. They are on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Architect to hit the ground running for their team based in Chorleywood.

Duties for the role of Architect:
* Lead on large scale residential projects through all RIBA work stages
* Liaise alongside clients, contractors and other members of the team
* Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit and AutoCAD
* Carry out site visits and ensure high quality and compliance is achieved
* Carry out architectural drawings and specifications and construction documentations
Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architect:
* ARB registered
* Strong post qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
* Proficient with industry standard software such as Revit and AutoCAD
* Experience managing your own projects within the residential or commercial sector
* Experience working across all RIBA work stages
* Up to date knowledge and understanding of UK building regulations and codes
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within the commutable distance to the Chorleywood area
