Architect- Student Accommodation Team

Location: Sheffield

Salary: £34-42,000 DOE

A well-established and nationally recognised architecture and engineering practice is seeking a talented Architect to join its growing Student Accommodation team based in Sheffield. Known for the successful delivery of large, complex buildings, the practice offers an exciting opportunity to work across a diverse range of high-profile student residential projects. Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the delivery of student accommodation projects from concept through to completion

* Coordinate with internal and external teams including engineers, planners, and consultants

* Produce high-quality technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit

* Ensure compliance with building regulations, planning requirements, and client briefs

* Attend client meetings and site visits to monitor project progress and quality

* Contribute to the practice's ethos of innovation, efficiency, and excellence in design

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

* Several years post-Part 3 experience, ideally with exposure to student accommodation or residential projects

* Strong technical knowledge and proven delivery skills on large or complex schemes

* Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit

* Excellent communication and coordination skills

* A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving

* A passion for architecture that is both functional and inspiring
