Location: Harrogate

Salary: £34-40,000 DOE

A progressive, design-led architectural practice with a strong reputation across the residential and commercial sectors is seeking a talented Architect to join their expanding Harrogate office. Daily Duties:

* Contribute to all RIBA work stages, from concept to completion

* Produce detailed planning, technical, and construction drawings

* Collaborate with project teams on design development and technical detailing

* Coordinate planning and Building Regulations submissions

* Ensure design compliance with UK Building Regulations and technical standards

* Attend site meetings and assist with project running, depending on experience

* Manage time and workflow effectively across multiple projects

Ideal Candidate:

* ARB-registered Architect

* Strong residential sector background, with an understanding of commercial and conservation work

* Proficient in AutoCAD and ArchiCAD (the studio's main software platforms)

* Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations

* Detail-oriented, proactive, and practical in approach

* Strong verbal and visual communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
