An established architectural practice with a diverse portfolio spanning commercial, education, defence and healthcare sectors is seeking a talented Architect to join its friendly team in Oxford. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in the design and delivery of large-scale projects across all RIBA stages, working on a varied range of schemes with a strong emphasis on design quality, technical resolution and complex project requirements.

Responsibilities

* Lead and contribute to the design and delivery of projects across all RIBA stages

* Develop creative design proposals alongside technically robust solutions

* Produce and oversee high-quality drawing packages, specifications and 3D models using Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp

* Coordinate design information across multidisciplinary teams and consultants

* Collaborate closely with clients, contractors and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

* Work on projects within commercial, education, defence and healthcare sectors, including technically complex environments

* Attend and lead site visits, addressing design and technical queries during construction phases

Skills and Qualifications

* Degree in Architecture and ARB/RIBA qualification

* Proven experience within a UK-based architectural practice

* Experience delivering projects across multiple RIBA stages

* Strong design, technical and presentation skills

* Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp

* Previous experience within commercial, education, defence or healthcare sectors would be advantageous

* Willingness to obtain security clearance where required for certain projects

* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred

* Excellent communication, coordination and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail
