This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Architect seeking exposure to a varied portfolio of projects across sectors including residential, education, healthcare and mixed-use developments. The practice has built a strong reputation for delivering innovative, functional and sustainable design solutions, while maintaining a collaborative and supportive studio culture. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and assist in the delivery of projects across all RIBA stages
* Produce creative design proposals and detailed technical solutions
* Prepare planning applications, technical packages and construction drawings
* Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors throughout all project phases
* Develop and manage BIM models and drawing packages using Revit
* Ensure projects comply with current UK Building Regulations and planning requirements
* Attend site visits, client meetings and coordination workshops
* Work collaboratively with the wider architectural and technical teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes
Skills & Experience:
* ARB registered Architect with UK industry experience
* Previous experience working within an architectural practice on a variety of project types
* Strong design flair alongside solid technical ability
* Proficient in Revit
* Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning procedures and construction detailing
* Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
* A proactive and collaborative attitude with a passion for architecture and design excellence
