The Role
* Lead and deliver projects across all RIBA work stages
* Develop creative design solutions and produce high-quality technical packages
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle
* Manage project programmes and ensure successful project delivery
* Utilise Revit on a daily basis, alongside other design software where required
* Contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice through collaborative working and design excellence
Requirements
* ARB-registered Architect with post-qualification experience
* Proven experience leading projects through multiple RIBA stages
* Strong design, technical detailing, and project coordination skills
* Proficiency in Revit is essential
* Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
* Organised, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality work
* A genuine enthusiasm for architecture and ongoing professional development
