Daily Duties

* Produce creative design solutions across all RIBA work stages

* Develop planning, technical and construction information

* Prepare drawings, specifications and presentation material using Revit/BIM

* Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors

* Attend design team and client meetings

* Ensure projects comply with planning and building regulations

* Support project delivery to programme and budget

* Contribute to design reviews and collaborative workshops

Ideal Candidate

* Qualified Architect (ARB/RIBA)

* Several years to extensive experience dependant on the level

* Strong design and technical ability

* Proficient in Revit and BIM workflows

* Excellent communication and presentation skills

* Experience delivering projects through multiple RIBA stages

* Collaborative team player with strong organisational skills

* Passion for high-quality architecture and sustainable design
