The Role
* Lead architectural projects through all RIBA work stages, from concept to completion
* Take responsibility for projects typically valued between £3m-£10m
* Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, consultants and key stakeholders
* Produce and oversee technical design information and construction documentation
* Attend client presentations, site inspections and project coordination meetings
* Monitor programme, budget and quality to ensure successful project delivery
* Support and mentor junior team members while contributing to the wider success of the practice
The Ideal Candidate
* ARB-registered Architect with several years' post-Part 3 experience
* Proven ability to lead projects independently from feasibility through to completion
* Experience delivering projects within the education, healthcare or industrial (manufacturing rather than logistics) sectors
* Demonstrable track record managing projects valued between £3m-£10m
* Excellent technical knowledge with a thorough understanding of UK Building Regulations
* Revit experience is desirable
* Strong communication, organisational and client management skills
* Passionate about producing high-quality, technically robust architecture within a collaborative design-led environment
