Job Title: Architectural Technician

Salary: £30,000 - £36,000

Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:
* Produce tender and working drawing packages using AutoCAD
* Produce and submit building regulation and planning applications
* Take the lead on commercial projects, managing them from inception through to completion
* Undertake site visits and ensure compliance and high quality is achieved
* Work alongside clients, contractors and other multidisciplinary authorities
Requirements for the role of Architectural Technician:
* Relevant degree within Architecture
* Good post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
* Proficient with AutoCAD
* Background in working on projects within the commercial sector
* Good working knowledge of UK building regulations
* Job running experience
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Full UK Driver's license
