Job Title: Architectural Technician

Location: Faversham
Salary: £32,000 - £40,000

They are on the lookout for an experienced and talented Architectural Technician who is looking to progress within their firm and join their Faversham offices.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:
* Lead on the day-to-day management of numerous projects
* Produce designs from client briefs
* Produce applications for planning and building regulations
* Prepare large scale technical details, working drawings and tender packages
* Be client facing and produce accurate outputs
Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
* Relevant degree within Architecture
* Strong post qualification experience as an Architectural Technician
* ACIAT or MCIAT qualification would be desirable
* Good knowledge of current building regulations
* Proficiency with AutoCAD
* Passion for good design and providing great customer service
* Ability to work well independently and within a team
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Full UK driver's license
