Duties for the role of Architectural Technician:
* Prepare building regulation and planning applications for estate developments
* Prepare House type and Estate layout designs
* Monitor and progress planning applications
* Manage and liaise with various external professional consultants
* Carry out site visits and survey to ensure compliance is achieved
Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:
* Relevant degree within Architecture
* Strong post qualification experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
* Proficiency with AutoCAD
* Have housing experience
* Strong UK building regulation knowledge
* Job running experience
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Blackburn area
