Job Title: Architectural Technician

Location: Macclesfield
Salary: £30,000 - £38,000

They are on the lookout for an experienced Architectural technician to help deliver on a range of high profile projects for their team based in Macclesfield.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:
* Prepare and submit planning drawings and documentations
* Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
* Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
* Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawings
* Attend site appraisals, surveys, client meetings and site inspections
* Undertake principal designer duties such as liaising with clients
Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:
* Relevant degree within architectural design
* Good post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
* Sector specialist experience or experience working on projects across a range of building sectors
* Proficient with AutoCAD
* Good knowledge of UK building regulations and codes
* Good technical detailing and drawing skills
* Job running experience
* Ability to work well independently and within a team
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Macclesfield area
