I'm searching for an experienced Architectural Technician to join a friendly and creative studio in Waterloo. The team has a diverse portfolio, with projects spanning commercial, residential and workplace sectors. The practice offers hybrid working and is excited for a motivated Architectural Technician to join the team.

Key Requirements:
* Several years' UK-based practice experience
* Strong residential sector background preferred
* Proficiency in Vectorworks and Revit
* Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction standards
* A practical, proactive approach to problem solving
* Confident communicator with team collaboration skills
Role Responsibilities:
* Prepare technical drawings for planning, Building Regulations and construction
* Provide detailed technical input during design development
* Coordinate documentation and compliance with current standards
* Work across a range of residential and commercial projects
* Potential to take on site-based responsibilities and project running
