Architectural Technician
Location: Lichfield
Salary: £28-32,000

A well-established architectural practice is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Technician to join its collaborative team in Lichfield. With a diverse project portfolio spanning commercial, healthcare and educational sectors, this practice offers the opportunity to contribute to projects of varying scales and complexity, from early concept stages through to technical delivery.

Requirements:
* HND/HNC or a degree in Architectural Technology
* Sufficient UK-based experience post qualification
* Healthcare and commercial experience is essential
* Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
* Strong knowledge of UK construction methods and technical standards
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications for planning and construction
* Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to coordinate project delivery
* Support project architects and senior team members throughout all RIBA work stages
* Ensure compliance with current building regulations and planning requirements
