A well-established architectural practice in Lichfield is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Technician to join its collaborative team. Known for delivering thoughtful and practical design solutions, the studio works across a broad range of commercial, healthcare and educational projects. This role offers the opportunity to contribute across all project stages, from early design through to technical delivery.

Requirements:
* HND/HNC or degree in Architectural Technology
* Demonstrable UK-based experience post-qualification
* Proven experience within the healthcare and commercial sectors
* Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential
* Strong understanding of UK construction methods and technical standards
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Confident working independently and within multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
* Produce high-quality technical drawings and specifications for planning and construction
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to support seamless project delivery
* Assist project architects and senior team members throughout all RIBA stages
* Ensure technical compliance with UK Building Regulations and planning requirements
