Architectural Technician

Salary: £27-32,000

A respected and long-standing architectural practice based in Lichfield is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Technician to join its collaborative team. Known for delivering intelligent and practical design solutions, the studio works across a broad range of sectors, including commercial, healthcare, and education. Key requirements:
*
HND/HNC or degree in Architectural Technology
*
UK-based experience post-qualification
*
Strong portfolio of work in the healthcare sector
*
Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
*
Solid knowledge of UK construction techniques and technical standards
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills
*
Ability to work both independently and within multidisciplinary teams
Main responsibilities:
*
Produce accurate and high-quality technical drawings and specifications for planning and construction
*
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to support smooth project delivery
*
Assist project architects and senior team members across all RIBA work stages
*
Ensure all documentation meets current Building Regulations and planning requirements
