Duties for the role of Architectural Technician:
* Prepare and submit planning and building regulation applications
* Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
* Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
* Liaise with clients, consultants and external team members
* Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance and high quality is achieved
Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:
* BSc within Architectural Technology
* Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
* Proficiency with Revit and Sketchup
* Experience managing projects within the leisure and education sectors
* Job running experience is essential
* Excellent technical and drawing skills
* Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Loughborough area
