Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:
* Carry out site visits and ensure technical standards build regulations are complied with
* Submit planning and building regulations applications
* Produce planning, technical, and construction drawings
* Help deliver residential projects from inception through to completion
Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:
* Relevant degree with Architecture
* Proficiency with AutoCAD
* Relevant post qualification experience within a UK practice as a technician
* Experience working on projects within the residential sector
* Working knowledge of UK building regulations
* Strong technical and drawing skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
