Architectural Technician
Location: St Albans
Salary: £32-38,000
I'm looking for an Architectural Technician with experience working on residential projects to join a supportive team in St Albans. This is an exciting opportunity for talented technical candidates who want to contribute across all RIBA stages to join a multidisciplinary practice.

What we're looking for:
* HND/HNC or degree in Architectural Technology
* UK-based experience post-qualification
* Strong portfolio of work in the healthcare sector
* Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
* Solid knowledge of UK construction techniques and technical standards
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work both independently and within multidisciplinary teams
* A detail-driven mindset and collaborative approach
* UK experience working on residential or mixed-use schemes preferred
