Job Title: Architectural Technician

Location: Hull
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established engineering consultancy who offer multidisciplined services across the industrial, commercial, and food sectors. They are on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Architectural Technician to hit the ground running for their Hull studio.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technician:
* Detail buildings across the industrial, commercial, and food sectors
* Undertake site visits to ensure technical compliance is achieved
* Prepare and implement UK building regulations and planning applications
* Liaise with clients, contractors and other members of the multi-disciplinary team
Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:
* Degree within architectural technology
* Proficient with Revit
* Relevant post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
* Ability to run multiple small sized projects alongside each other
* Experience working across a broad range of sectors or sector specialist experience
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work well in a team and independently
* Live within a commutable distance to the Hull area
