Location: Salisbury
Salary: £26-30,000 DOE
An established, design-led architectural practice based in Salisbury is seeking a skilled and motivated Architectural Technician to join its friendly and supportive studio. The practice delivers high-quality bespoke residential and commercial projects, with a strong focus on technical excellence, collaboration, and thoughtful design throughout every stage of a project.

Key Responsibilities:
* Produce and coordinate detailed technical drawings and construction packages
* Prepare planning, building control, and tender documentation
* Manage technical details, schedules, and specifications
* Coordinate with consultants, including structural and MEP engineers
* Support project delivery on-site, including site visits and inspections
* Respond to technical queries from contractors and consultants
* Ensure all drawings comply with UK Building Regulations and industry standards
* Participate in internal design and technical reviews
* Research construction methods, materials, and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
* Recognised qualification in Architectural Technology
* Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
* Good understanding of UK construction methods, detailing, and regulations
* Experience producing technical drawing packages for planning and construction
* Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines
* Proactive, collaborative approach with strong communication skills
* Previous experience in a UK architectural practice is essential
