Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:

* Deliver on a range of residential projects from inception through to completion

* Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications

* Carry out site visits and undertake surveys to ensure technical compliance

* Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to build and maintain strong working relationships

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

* Relevant degree within architectural technology or architecture

* Relevant post qualification experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice

* Proficiency with ArchiCAD and AutoCAD

* Experience working on projects within the residential sector

* Working knowledge of UK building regulations

* Strong technical and presentation skills

* Strong attention to detail

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Live within a commutable distance to the York area
