Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:
* Lead and deliver on a range of projects from inception through to completion
* Prepare and submit UK building regulation and planning applications
* Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors, building and maintain strong working relationships
* Attend site visits and ensure technical compliance of projects
* Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit
Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:
* Degree within Architectural Technology
* Strong post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
* Proficiency with Revit
* Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations
* Experience working on large-scale projects across various sectors
* Excellent technical and presentation skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Leeds area
