Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:
* Deliver industrial projects from inception through to completion
* Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
* Carry out site visits to ensure technical compliance and high quality is achieved
* Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to build strong working relationships and ensure successful project delivery
Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:
* Relevant degree within Architectural Technology
* Strong post qualification experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
* Proficiency with Revit
* Experience working on industrial projects is desirable
* Working knowledge of UK building regulations
* CIAT membership or working towards chartership
* Excellent technical detailing and presentation skills
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Newark area
