Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:
* Work on various residential and retail projects from inception through to completion
* Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
* Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure technical compliance
* Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors to build and maintain strong working relationships
Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:
* Degree within Architectural Technology
* Relevant post qualification as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
* Proficiency with Revit
* Experience working on large scale residential and retail projects
* Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
* Excellent technical detailing and presentation skills
* Ability to work well independently and within a team
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Sheffield area
