Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:
* Deliver a range of projects from inception through to completion
* Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
* Carry out site visits and undertake surveys to ensure technical compliance
* Liaise with clients and consultants to ensure successful project delivery
Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:
* Degree within architectural technology
* Relevant post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
* Proficiency with Revit desirable
* Experience working on complex projects across various sectors
* Working knowledge of UK building regulations
* Strong technical detailing and presentation skills
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
