Job Title: Architectural Technologist

Ref: BM685

Location: Gloucester

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the South Wests Architectural practices who provide a range of Architectural services which include interior design, urban design, master planning, landscape, consultancy and 3D modelling. They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and drive Architectural technician to work on a range of Education projects for their Gloucester studio.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist include:

* Project manage and lead on a range of education projects from inception to completion

* Produce tender and working drawing packages

* Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications

* Carry out site visits and surveys to ensure compliance is achieved

* Liaise with clients, other consultants within the team and local authorities

Requirements for the role of Architectural Technologist:

* Degree within Architectural Technology

* Proficiency with industry standard software such as Revit and AutoCAD

* Good post qualification experience in a relevant role within a UK practice

* experience working on projects within the education sector

* Job running experience

* Knowledge of UK Building regulations

* Strong technical and design skills

* Strong attention to detail

* Excellent communication and organisational skills
