Salary: £32,000 - £38,000

They are on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Architectural Technician who has a background within the residential sector to join them in their Harrogate studios.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist include:
* Prepare planning, technical and construction drawings
* Assist project teams with design development and technical detailing
* Prepare and submit building regulation applications
* Ensure projects comply with current building regulations and standards
* Carry out site visit and undertake project running
Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:
* Degree within Architectural Technology
* Relevant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
* Experience working on projects within the residential sector
* Proficient with AutoCAD and ArchiCAD
* Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Harrogate area
