Job Title: Architectural Technologist

Location: Hull
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

They are on the lookout for a talented and enthusiastic Architectural Technologist to join their team in Hull.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist:
* Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
* Undertake site visits to ensure compliance and high quality is achieved
* Prepare tender packages, documents, and specifications
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and other external team members
Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:
* Degree within Architectural Technology
* Relevant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
* Proficiency with Revit
* Experience working on projects across a range of sectors would be advantageous
* Working knowledge of UK building regulations and planning frameworks
* Strong technical and detailing skills
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Hull area
