Job Title: Architectural Technologist

Location: Harrogate
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join an expanding architectural practice who work on residential projects across the North of England. They are on the lookout foe a talented and driven Architectural Technologist to hit the ground running for their Harrogate studio.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist include:
* Manage Residential projects from inception through to completion
* Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
* Produce planning, technical, and construction drawings
* Carry out site visits and ensure technical compliance is achieved
Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:
* Relevant degree with Architectural Technology
* Proficiency with ArchiCAD
* Relevant post qualification experience within a UK practice as a technologist
* Experience working on projects within the residential sector
* Working knowledge of UK building regulations and planning policies
* Strong technical and drawing skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Harrogate area
