Salary: £35-40,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Architectural Technologist to join a respected, award-winning multidisciplinary practice based in Bedford. With a strong reputation for creating imaginative, design-focused schemes across the residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors, the practice is continuing to expand and is looking for a motivated, detail-driven individual to contribute to a varied portfolio of high-quality projects.

Key Responsibilities
* Produce accurate technical drawings and coordinated project information
* Prepare and submit planning applications and building regulations documentation
* Collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and internal project teams
* Carry out site visits and provide technical support throughout construction stages
* Ensure all work complies with current UK Building Regulations and industry standards
Skills & Experience
* HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology
* Strong AutoCAD proficiency; Revit experience highly beneficial
* Experience working on residential or commercial projects (academic or professional)
* Solid understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
* Strong communication, coordination, and organisational abilities
* Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
