Daily Duties

* Developing and coordinating technical design information

* Producing detailed drawings, specifications and schedules

* Working closely with project teams and external consultants

* Supporting BIM coordination and digital delivery

* Ensuring regulatory compliance and technical accuracy

* Participating in site inspections and technical problem-solving

* Contributing to efficient project delivery across all stages

Ideal Candidate

* Qualification in Architectural Technology (degree/HNC/HND)

* Experience working on UK-based construction projects

* Strong Revit/BIM capability

* Excellent attention to detail and technical proficiency

* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

* Strong organisational and time management skills

* Enthusiastic approach to learning and professional growth
