Daily Duties
* Produce detailed technical drawings and construction packages
* Develop and coordinate models primarily using Revit
* Work collaboratively with architects, consultants, and project teams
* Assist in the preparation of planning and building regulation submissions
* Ensure compliance with current building regulations and standards
* Contribute to design development with a focus on technical delivery
* Attend project meetings and liaise with stakeholders as required
Ideal Candidate
* Degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field and at least several years industry experience
* Strong technical detailing ability, or a willingness to develop these skills
* Proficiency in Revit is highly desirable, as it is the primary software used
* Working knowledge of AutoCAD would be beneficial
* Experience in sectors such as education, healthcare, transport, civic, or community projects is advantageous but not essential
* Open to candidates at varying levels, including more junior applicants with the right attitude and eagerness to learn
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Proactive, motivated, and adaptable in a challenging market environment
