They are on the lookout for a proactive and talented Architectural Technologist to join their Glasgow studio.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist include:
* Manage and deliver on a range of projects from inception through to completion
* Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
* Undertake site visits to ensure high quality and technical compliance is achieved
* Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and other members of a multidisciplinary team
Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:
* Degree within Architectural Technology
* Strong post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
* Proficiency with Revit is essential
* Experience managing projects independently from inception through to completion
* Job running experience
* Excellent technical detailing skills
* Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Glasgow area
