Duties for the role of Architectural Technologist:
* Attend design team and site meetings
* Undertake site visits to ensure projects achieve high quality and technical compliance
* Manage and coordinate the design team alongside provide technical design to projects
* Prepare planning, technical and construction drawings
* Prepare and submit planning applications
Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:
* Relevant degree within architectural technology or architecture
* Relevant post qualification experience as a Technologist within a UK practice
* Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit
* Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations
* Strong technical detailing skills
* Experience managing projects within the logistic and retail sectors is desirable
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Leeds area
