Location: Loughborough, East Midlands

Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 (depending on experience)

Contract: Permanent | Full-time

A long-established asbestos consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Asbestos Analyst to support a strong and consistent workload across Loughborough and the wider East Midlands region. With over 30 years in the industry, the company has built an excellent reputation for technical quality, long-standing client relationships, and supporting its site teams.

What You'll Be Joining

You'll be joining a highly regarded consultancy known for delivering high-quality asbestos services across commercial, industrial, and public sector environments. The business offers realistic workloads, strong operational support, and a genuine focus on staff retention.

Salary & Benefits

£30,000 - £36,000 salary (DOE)

Overtime typically worth an additional £3,900 - £5,760 per year

Paid travel time outside the standard working week (typically £3,000 - £4,000 additional earnings annually)

The Role

Undertaking the full range of asbestos analytical duties

Carrying out air monitoring, leak testing, reassurance testing, and 4-stage clearances

Working across commercial, industrial, and public sector sites

Supporting survey teams with Management and Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) surveys where required

Conducting bulk sampling when necessary

Producing accurate, compliant reports and site documentation

Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with HSG248 and HSG264 guidance

Acting as a professional representative of the business on site

About You

BOHS P403 & P404 (essential)

BOHS P402 (preferred)

Minimum 2 years' experience working as an Asbestos Analyst

Strong understanding of HSG248 and HSG264 guidance

Excellent communication and report-writing skills

Full UK driving licence

Professional, organised, and reliable
